What does it mean when I suddenly have Directory Service Group where the name looks like this:

UNLOADED GROUP - last known name: Administrators (our.domain) (our.domain)

This is usually an indicator that the AD Connector had trouble communicating with the configured server. Check for SolarWinds alerts (start with the word Internal) to see if the errors are continuing. Are you able to see groups and their members in Build > Groups at this point?

I fixed the AD connector and it's mapping correctly now, thanks!
