How to avoid skiping new node while doing new discovery to NCM 7.7

When I try to discover batch of nodes to NCM 7.7 , some of the devices are skipped ( I am sure about the reason , could be wrong community string, connection profile...)

My question is : How to avoid skipping this device at the time of new discovery even though all errors are present. I already turn on ICMP while doing new discovery .
