Turn OFF - Web Help Desk Support Contract Reminder

Any ideas how to disable the "Web Help Desk Support Contract Reminder" email that is being sent to techs in version 12.5.0? There is no option under the License tab.

Support has reported there is no option to disable this in version 12. They have added it as a feature request.
