Solarwinds Integration Confusion

Hi All.

I am new to WHD and am attempting to set up Solarwinds integration with my NPM server.  I have the initial Solarwinds source connection to the NPM server working, complete with a Request Type, and filter to create a ticket when a Linux server is down, and it works.  The filter triggers on a severity level of warning,

However, when I try to add another Request Type and filter to create a ticket when a Windows server is down (for example) I get nowhere, other than confused.

The WHD administration guide doesn't seem to address this.  Any Help?

The integration between Web Help Desk (WHD) and Network Performance Monitor (NPM) has always lacked documentation and explanation behind how to implement and use them.

The linking and implementation to get the appropriate alerts and automatic ticket creation is as simple as linking them up through the connection details and making sure you've configured your alerts to your required needs.
