Check In Date attribute in Casper Environment

Question

I am using casper environment and I have Check In Date attribute that I want to map to my Asset Custom field in Web Help Desk. But I don't see the Check In Date in the list.

Any Ideas?

The API that WHD use to connect to Casper does not provide that attribute that you need. However, the only alternative would be to use "Database View/Table as the discovery engine but you would have to create a view in your Casper database that has ALL the desired attributes you want in that view then configure WHD to connect to that view.

I had the same concern before and this is the alternative way of it.
