So is there a question here? Or is this just a junk/spam post?

Yea, you would need to give them an import FAQ excel template (setup>Import>Import FAQ's) and have them go nuts.

But they should be using sharepoint as a FAQ web portal, lot better functionality than WHD will have this year.

Call it more of a humor post / maybe someone can answer him better then me.
