WHD API allows me to read and write tickets, and the API lists about every field imaginable, except the fields to schedule the ticket.
How can I access the "Scheduled Date" information via API ?
Here is a link to the API information Web Help Desk API Please note this page has been updated for the 12.1.0 release. From a quick check I do not see "scheduled date" listed as a current item in the API.
I checked the API you linked to, there's still nothing relating to scheduling in there.
