i am about to download the free trial.
I’d like confirm
1. that the tickets allow time to be tracked against them and
2. the reports can be extracted by client of the break down of time per ticket for billing
3. It would be really appreciated if you could describe the billing feature please or refer me to doco please

something like that? Can it be reported?
can they be emailed to customers?
