Custom Look & Feel

Hi All

dose anyone know why when i have set my company logo through the Look & Feel section it only applies to the logon screen and dose not follow through ones you log on.

For whatever reason, that is default behavior for a Tech account. If you log in as a regular user, you should see the theme and logo applied.

This is correct. Tech side does not change only the client side. Click the blue person silhouette in the upper right if your logged in as a tech to flip between the two sides.

As previous comments have mentioned, the Look & Feel logo configuration only applies to front facing interfaces such as the login screen and client interface.

I see no reason why you cannot customise the help desk logo directly within the server files, however this an unsupported change and you should note that if you do manage to achieve the results you're looking for, any updates or hotfixes may overwrite the changes you make.
