Is there a way to get tech last login/logoff

I am working with centOS embedded DB on WHD 12.2.0 and need to gather information on the last logon/ logoff time of our techs to gather information on with accounts are necessary being as we reached our license cap.

I do not believe that that information is recorded in the DB.
