Email setup with Gmail and Integration with Slack ?

Hi all

1. Just wondering if there is any example that I can take a look for email configuration with Gmail, Incoming and outgoing, can I use the same email account on Gmail for both in and out?

I setup in and out account with the same email account, I see that my test email received in gmail and few mins later it s gone. I am assuming that WHD detect the new email and delete it, but I dont see any ticket in WHD.

2. Is there any integration with Slack? can use send a ticket from Slack?

Yes, you can use the same account for both Incoming and Outgoing mail accounts. WHD does delete new/incoming messages once they are processed, so it would seem to be working. Are you certain a new ticket has not been created?
No Slack integration, yet, but there is a feature request here that you can vote up. Also some potentially useful Slack scripts here.

On the G-Mail Account, you will have to set it to allow less secure connections otherwise the G-Mail infrastructure might block it as spam after it polls the mailbox a few times.
