Is there a way to add the Ticket History as a column in my query? When I go to Edit Column Set, I don't see History in the Available Columns section.

Ticket History is not a valid ticket filter, hence it isn't available in the Column Sets.
I don't believe this will be implemented in the future, however I would still recommend raising this as a feature request if it is of interest to you.
