Hi guys, new user here.
I've pretty much scoured these forums (even going back a few years) for a workaround for the Trap Viewer to Event Log and I can't seem to find an answer and it's driving me crazy.
What I'm trying to do is send particular SNMP Traps from Metaswitch to the NPM Event Log so that one of our customers can login and see at what times their service had gone into alarm for any reason. Right now I have actions set up to email/page people who are responsible for the services but I have no way of keeping an automated log.
Any suggestions would be great.
