Font is of WHD email messages

I have used the size tags in several email templates to increase the size of the font of the email messages being generated by WHD. I don't see a template for emailing a note (hitting "send" next to the note you want to email).

Has anyone found a way to increase the font size of the message for a note? There is no template, so it would have to be through a config file.

Have you tried using BB Code in the note? You won't see it in the note but it should come out in the email created by the note.

cyribus, could you give an example? I would be interested in trying this if it works out for us.

In your case where you want to increase the size of the font it would be something like the following:

[style size="12px"] The text you wish to increase here. [/style]

You can try manipulating the numbers to increase or decrease the size. I hope this reolves the issue for you.

I did try this and it worked! The only problem is that the BB code showed in the email received. I may be inserting this incorrectly though - I put it into the template text in WHD. Is this where it should go, or somewhere in the CSS or properties file? I'm completely new to BB code.

I've inserted screenshots below of what is coming through in the template, and where I put the code. Thanks so much for all your advice so far. My boss has been wanting to increase this font size forever.
