I'm getting tickets created with a Tech Group assigned. They appear to be tickets Techs create and assign to themselves. How can I force a Tech Group? How can I add a Tech Group to the tickets already created?
Never mind, I found it.. I had Request Types with out a Tech Group Assigned.
