We are muddling through it now, and have some of it figured out, but actual layout documentation for reporting would be great!

Agreed. If the bundled reporting wasn't so bad, this wouldn't be an issue. I'm trying to setup some reporting, but I am getting very inconsistent results. A data dictionary would be a HUGE help!
