I know this can be done by location but Id like to configure executives so they can enter by email but all others cannot.. method?
Tried a search but didn't see anything and tech support is getting tired of my questions.
If you don't want to or can't do it via Location, the easiest way would likely be to create a mailbox like "execsupport@mycompany.com" and have those tickets route into a particular Request Type.
