Hello all, the rule at our company is, if you respond to a ticket first, it's yours.
Problem that I am having with that is the techs forget to assign themselves.
I tried setting a process that checks the ticket notes and to check if the assigned field was blank to assign that tech from the notes.
I set cascade on for the process but it only works on my tickets (Tech-Admin), Other techs have responded first on a ticket and it doesn't assign them.
Hopefully someone has an answer for me.
