How do I change the techs from logging in with their domain user name and password (ldap connection 1) to log in with their email as their username and email password (ldap connection 2)?
Setup\Techs\Techs\Select Tech(s)\Account Info Tab, Select the "Pencil" to edit. Uncheck LDAP Authentication.
How does that help me to change logins and transfer their tickets to this new login? Also, I will have to enter a new password for each tech without the LDAP.
Not sure how the DB would react to changing usernames and linking to the new client account but could try that. Else let LDAP create the new accounts and do a bulk edit of the tickets and transfer them to the new account. I would submit a ticket with support for something like that.
