we are currently going through the process of setting up Web Help Desk and wanted to know if there was a way of linking tickets that all share a commom thread, At the moment, I have tried and can link a service request to a problem etc. but what happens if we get mutiple clients e-mail in creating new tickets and they all appear to be linked to a similar cause .. is there a way that these tickets can be bundled together so that we can see that they are all part of a single cause
