Active Alerts for Advanced Alerts - replace "All triggered alerts" on summary

I found the active alerts web component lacking since we moved to advanced alerts, so I created reports and added them to my main view.   The problem I ran into was that the various types of alerts reference various tables, so they had to be done separately. 
 

The zip file contains:

I get errors when I try to use this, I think the database structure has changed since then. Does anyone have a more up to date working version of this?
