Is there a way to set the default search to LDAP?
You can't default to search LDAP, but it sounds like you need to do a bulk sync. Go to your LDAP connection, enable bulk sync, save, go back to the screen listing the connection and click sync now button.
Then all your LDAP client will be imported
Do you mean the default search filter?
When creating a new ticket and looking up client. Was hoping to find a way to set the Search LDAP check box by default.
