It's not easy. :-)

But it has been done by a very few ambitious, determined, and patient people over the years.

I would suggest starting by reviewing these previous conversations, and note that you'll need to modify WSUS to accept the larger CAB file size.

I was able to create a Microsoft Office 2010 deployment using Patch Manager a few years ago. I was able to include several patches, but had some difficulty using the activation for office after the install was complete. Also, I ran into size issues with Patch Manager since the complete package with patches was about 1 or 2 gigs. I also phased the deployment to small groups at a time so as not to saturate the network. The key points to deployment for Office 2010 is use a custom config.xml file in the ProPlus.WW directory AND make sure you have enough bandwidth to deploy.
