Bulk Close or Delete tickets

Can someone point me in the right direction to how you would bulk delete or close tickets on the main web help desk ticketing screen?

You can do that with a blick action. You could delete the tickets, change the status to closed, or a number of other options. If you already know the tickets then you can skip to step 4 below.

Under tickets choose Search.
Then Advanced Search
Create a search to identify the tickets you want to modify.
Shift-click the select all checkbox (this will select all, not just the tickets on the page)
Press the plus by Bulk Action on the bottom of the screen to create a bulk action to modify the tickets.
