We have an interesting scenario where we will send a client a list of questions via WHD email.
Scenario one:
If they reply inline but do NOT put any message at the top of their reply and reply inline. The inline notes all show up with the quoted reply.
Scenario two:
If they reply inline and do put a message at the top (such as: "See replies inline") then all we see is the "See replies inline" and the WHD process cuts off the original message.
