I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to have whd pull information from the organization tab in AD, job title, supervisor, etc?

Yes. If you create custom client fields, you can then map them to Active Directory Attributes.

Sorry but I was just thrown into all this, I have all the information in my Active Directory and created the client custom fields for supervisor, title, and department in whd, the confusion I am having is tying the two together, whd pulls usernames and passwords from AD, I just do not know exactly how to map my custom attributes to AD

Create a Client Custom Field
In your LDAP connection, go to the Attribute Mapping tab and click the pencil icon to enable Editing:
Locate your custom field and enter in the name of the AD attribute that you want to map from:
Save
Wait for a sync or manually kick off a sync of that LDAP connection (the Sync now button on the root AD/LDAP Connections page will be available if you have 'Bulk Synchronization' enabled for that LDAP connection).

Any way to pull a clients Manager from AD into a custom field without it returning the entire conical name? When I add the manager LDAP record to a custom field I get "CN=User Name,OU=Department,DC=Company,DC=com" what I would like is "User Name"

Not of which i am aware. WHD is just pulling what's in that field, not altering the data that is in the field at all.
