Web Helpdesk --- openssl

Hello,

I was wondering does OpenSSL get installed along with Web Helpdesk and if so does anyone know what version of OpenSSL gets installed? We have Web Helpdesk version 12.6 - Build #12.6.0.738 installed.

Hi acshearer,

OpenSSL does not currently get installed as part of the Web Help Desk software. This is apparent for versions prior to 12.6.

Thanks, I appreciate the information. If it did I just wanted to make sure what version to make sure it was not vulnerable to any of the openSSL CVE's. I did notice that there are openssl folders and files so that is why I asked.
