iOS app update needed!

WebHelpDesk has become a big part of my IT department's day to day use and a lot of us are mobile and need added options to WHB Mobile app. the design of the app is extremely dated (has an iOS 6 look). It seems like the app hasnt been updated in years. can we get some kind of update on what improvements will be made to the mobile app soon hopefully?
