A while ago I looked at approval routes, and from memory you have to create a group of users to follow a fixed approval route. We are running 12.6.
Is there a way to adhoc someone as an approver from a ticket?
For example, we may receive a request for remote VPN access, and the manager should approve this. The manager will always vary so would be great if we could simply add the manager adhoc to send the authorization and update the ticket.
We currently have to add them as a CC to the ticket , which is OK but not ideal.
