The only way I have to monitor a SIP trunk is that the application sends a Syslog message when the connection is lost and another message when the link is established.
I would like to visualize the status to assist first level support (helpdesk). I've created a group of important components, nodes and interfaces and show only group status to the helpdesk.
Is there a way to change a group status when a particular Syslog message is received together with some clueof a root cause for the change of group status if possible.
Installed versions NPM 10.3.1 and SAM 5.2.
Any idea on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
