Thwack Points and Store Issue

Hello everyone,

I know I am probably not the only one to inform the community about this. Several weeks ago, my Thwack points somehow were reduced on the leaderboard. In my profile I see over 49,000 points. On the current leaderboard it shows me having a little over 2,000 points. When I am in the store to try to order something or just see what I am able to order with my points, it states I have over 39,000 points but ALL choices are locked. I cannot even order a sticker at 300 points. Do you know if these issues we be fixed before the end of the year? If I need to order anything, how can this be accomplished since the items are locked.

Hey mvooch can you try again? It looks like your country was listed as Uruguay instead of the United States. I changed this back and you should be able to make purchases again.

I've seen Uruguay listed in similar threads more than once. Is this a Thwack/SW glitch? Hopefully it's not Thwack-user-error.

I am able to purchase from the Store now. Thank you for clearing up the Store issue. However, the leaderboard is still not showing my points or my level correctly. Do you know if this will corrected soon?

Hello Everyone,

Our partners deployed a fix last night that corrected the main "top 10" leaderboard, but appears to have left the personal leaderboard points untouched for the rest of us. While the top ten can haz much love, I want to make sure this experience is seamless for ALL users. Rest assured, we're ramping up an army and preparing to rain a nightmare-sized flaming ball of elevated escalations upon their heads. I truly appreciate your patience through this process.

OK I have to steal that for then i call Solarwinds Support "we're ramping up an army and preparing to rain a nightmare-sized flaming ball of elevated escalations upon their heads" - wait did I say that, i am sure i meant Dell Support.

I hope you are successful. and for the record, I will be happy to have my total point match at some point, and will gladly take the highest total.

Its close, my pint totals still do not match, but my rank seems accurate. rschroeder are your point totals matching?

I still see a 26 point difference between the leader board and next to my login at the top of the page. That is an odd number, no idea why that difference.

Now I don't think it's "really" fixed, since I see a gap between standings. For example, if I'm at rank 21 and the next person behind me with slightly fewer points is at level 23, they should be ranked at 22, and that's not the case--they're at 23.

It's close, but no cigar yet.

My leader board score is 62 points higher than my points listed at the top of the page.

I'll amend my premature happiness to "It's better than it was yesterday!"

Well, I am showing only 150 points on the leaderboard now (just did today's question for 150 points). My overall point total is 51,206. So, for me the leaderboard and the current points are not correct.

I discovered SW had the points vendor do a manual recalculation of rank for a handful of folks who are squeaky wheels (like me). The points/leader board are NOT fixed--it's only the MVP's and some folks with specific complaints who had their totals manually adjusted to get things back in line for them.

Logged in this morning and notice my points next to me account picture (top right of the screen) and the leaderboard were showing the same point total. YES!!! It looks like it is fixed. Thank you!
