Active / Passive Exchange Cluster monitoring question

Hello,

I have a 2 node Exchange 2003 cluster, and am having some issues in getting the Exchange services monitored via the virtual address.

I have setup Windows service monitoring of the Cluster service on Node A and B and that is working correctly.

When I apply the Exchange template template to the virtual address and allow it to do an initial poll, some of the Windows Service & Performance Couter monitors respond OK, but others are still showing as "unknown - initial poll in progress"

I have unassigned the template from the node and re-assigned it but has made no difference.

Any ideas?!

Could you please open a support ticket (reference this thwack thread) and submit diagnostics?  Diagnostics will help us investigate.
