Adjust the HTML on the request page? (Using WHD for On-boarding)

I have created several custom fields for new hire onboarding. But when you choose that option, the fields all stack on top of one-another, and make the request page super long (see attached)

Is there a way to adjust the HTML of the request page to display the custom fields in more of a horizontal approach, so its easier to see and edit the fields?

I have the same issue. What is interesting is that Checkboxes only display vertically, while Radio buttons display horizontally.

Would be nice if Checkboxes would also display horizontally (or at least the option to specify).
