Is it possible to modify the emailed tickets from Web Help Desk to display a little more easily on a mobile device? When I receive an email from an opened ticket, the first few lines are all formatting, and in order to actually see the ticket request, I have to unlock my iphone, go into the actual email and scroll down about 7-8 lines before I actually see the content of the ticket. Working for an MSP and being on the road 75% of the day, it really hinders productivity, especially in a state where using a cell phone while driving is against the law. I depend on my pebble so that I can easily see if an email is critical enough to warrant pulling over to the side of the road to make a call.
