Hey, everyone.
I am still groping around in the dark using the Web Help Desk so all your help is appreciated.
One thing I would like to do is have the Group Tickets view appear on the screen after a ticket is Closed.
What is happening now is the Ticket is closed, then, the ticket remains after it refreshes.
I, then, have to click on the Group Tickets tab.It's only an extra step, but it would be nice to remove that aspect, if possible.
