I have a customer that is trying to export tickets from WHD Version (9.2.3.7) and they are not seeing the notes column in the template. Does anyone know if notes were exportable in this version?

It turns out that in the older V9.x.x.x Web Help Desk, the system did allow for the export or downloading of the very latest Tech Note. In later versions up to 12.2, it allows you to choose the quantity of Tech notes between 1-5 of the latest Tech Notes to export with each ticket.
