Currently we have a home grown system for our helpdesk and in our IT Department we have a TV on the wall and part of it shows the tickets in the queue for our department.
Is there anyway to do that with Web Help Desk? Like just show the "Group Tickets" part on the screen?
Only way I can really see how to do this is to have another Tech account logged in and have the "Group Tickets" selected. Waste of a Tech account though, anyone have any ideas?
