I've created a ticket custom field. Now I'd like it to show in the table layout of tickets. Am I missing an obvious way to do this or should this be a feature request?
To edit the columns displayed on a ticket view, click the pencil icon on the far right:
That will let you drag the custom fields over to the left side to have them included in that ticket view:
After the custom field has been created and saved, request types will appear under the info field:
thanks, but the reason I wanted the field was to quickly sort through the tickets in the ticket list window. Can these fields not be added there?
