Port report

We have NPM, NCM and UDT..

On the NPM page, in the Port Details, I can see the status, the port number the connected host name/IP/Mac/VLAN.

Is there a report that would give me the same information for all nodes?

I attempted to build one, but can not get the hostname or other detail to show:

I'm trying to get the same output in a report.

UDT\Port Details (Node Details) doesn't appear as a resource in the web based layout builder. Is it possible for me to add it to report manager somewhere?
