We'd like to find out how many tickets have ever been marked as 'User Re-opened'. Is there a way to do that? Doesn't look like the normal reports page has that functionality.
I think when creating the report, if you click the report filters tab, you can play with that to choose a specific request type that you want the report to show.
If you created a 'reopened' status type for those tickets that are re-opened by users, it will be even easier.
