HTTP POST - Failed to execute http request

Hi,

We are passing below in body to create ticket but when we pass MACRO like statistics we are getting error.

Without Macro ticket is getting created.

Not working:-

What's the trigger condition look like?

Trigger is when memory utilization crosses a certain threshold

Email action is working fine

We are simulating the post method, we observed that whenever there is percent in the body, action gets failed, orion is unable to pass percent sign.

I understand - I've ran into issues where certain macros won't work (in the trigger actions) with my trigger condition. For example, I've had an issue where i can't pull in an application macro when i was alerting on a single component.
