User Logins Not Being Captured

User Logins are not being captured in the UDT. I have added the credential being used to the 'Event Log Readers' Active Directory Group, and the Domain Controllers are showing 'OK' in UDT. What else am I missing?

Did you check the two troubleshooting chapters in the admin guide? See page 341 here: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/udt/docs/UDTAdministratorGuide.pdf

Also check the event log on the domain controller to see whether it contains events with IDs 4768 and 4769.
