SNMP Monitor on Linux Device's

We upgraded to SAM 5.0 last week and it appears that all Linux SNMP process monitoring we had setup is not working anymore.. SNMP Process/Service monitors on Windows devices are not affected.

Have even tried to scan for and setup a similar process monitor w/o success, any ideas on how to address?

What application should I use to modify the .dll.config file? I can open and edit in notepad but it want's to save as a text file.

Notepad is fine, yes. To save your changes, press CTRL+S.

Thanks to both of you for your responses, after making the suggested change all Linux SNMP Service/Process counters are working w/o issues.

It appears that since I have changed this all of my poll times on APM's are in the past. I ran a repair on SAM 5.0 and modified the dll.config file again. This APM in particular is set to poll every 120 seconds. As you can see the initial poll was good but after that it appears to stop or at least appear that way. Any suggestions on how to address this?

We're currently developing a service release for SAM 5.0 that should address this issue. I would recommend opening a case with support to gain early availability to this service release so you can test it out in your environment and ensure it resolves the issue.
