OK... I know I did something strange. I'm setting up our Ticketing system and I "lost" the Help Request section on the Client side! I know it has to be something simple I did... frustrating.

Under Setup > Tickets > Options > Client Options, there is the only option that I can think of that would do this, 'Clients can create tickets using' and 'Web Interface' needs to be selected.
It was/is checked. Enclosed a couple of screenshots. One from the Client side and the other from the Setup> Tickets> Options side.
I have opened a Ticket with Solar Winds support... apparently is not as simple as I thought.
Crazy... I checked this morning, and it was fixed.
I did noticed that a Location that I deleted was also back. I removed the redundant Location (not the same) and all seems well. I will continue to work with Support to find out what happened.
