I have an issue with my FAQ's not being available to Clients. Since I am new to WHD I have been combing any help info. that is out there in THAWCK.
It seems that I have the FAQ's in there correctly so I am thinking this may be an issue with the version. I found the following information and although it doesn't list FAQ's Client issues
it does list an FAQ issue. Could this be my issue possibly. The FAQ's are marked for both Tech's and Clients to see. We have not installed this HOT Fix 1.
