Help Request client ticket

Hi All.

I am trying to incorporate Assets into our Web Help Desk implementation and I have turned on "Model" in ticketing so that I have these fields in tickets:

Type drops down fields for Orion.Nodes, Hardware, etc., and I can create a Windows Servers type, which I have. The Model Field can give me which version of Window Server (2012, 2016, etc.).

Can I add a third drop down field from there, like Network Name to then pull up a particular server?

I am trying to give clients the ability to add a unique assets to a ticket.

Try - Setup - Tickets - Options

Enable - "Asset Number Lookup for Client"
