Hi, newbie here. How to implement a ticket "request on be-half of"?
I also would like to be able to do this via email subject if possible. IE. <client = emailaddress>
The only way this is currently implemented is via client admins. Client admins for a particular location can login to the web interface and submit a ticket on behalf of someone else. You can give them this permission via the Client Admins section of the Location setup. Just click the key next to the client admin's name. When they login, they can either submit a request for themselves or select someone else.
It is not possible as far as I know to do this via email. You are welcome to submit this as a for consideration in an upcoming release.
Depending on how you have yours set up you should be able to change who the client is so if the tech knows who it should go to it can manually be changed
