Stop tech from changing user name under My Account

Does anyone know if there is a way to not allow techs to not be allowed to change their user name under "My Account"? I would like to lock that part down so they cannot change that unless they are an admin of WHD.

I've been looking for a way to limit this option but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it. Not only can they modify their username, they can also modify their First/Last name and email as well.

And techs can also access the SolarWinds Integration component, click to add a new source and proceed to mess around. Why is this even a thing for a "Tech level" permission?

EDIT: Techs can also change their password for their "local user", and the system allows you to choose a one character password.

That is what I gathered from looking but wanted to make sure. Sure would be nice if it could be locked down, especially being at a tech level. Thank you for looking and answering.
