We are having an issue when we save a ticket where the ticket is assigned to a tech but then immediately reassigned to no tech and the Subject and location also disappears, Has any one else seen this?
Not a lot to go on amyd but I would be suspicious of that action rule, Send Notification. Is that doing more than intended?
I have turned off the notification rule and it is still happening, sometimes all by itself and other times if you press refresh after saving in IE
