override approvals - how do I set up to allow techs to override?
Unfortunately you can't as only admin accounts can override approvals
thanks. I'm finding this system incredibly inflexible.
There are a number of items that make you scratch your head as to why they aren't included.
It didn't take me long to start feeling the same way. It seemed like this product would meet our needs, but the more we try and customize, the more we find that there arent ways to do it. It's really frustrating.
Can you explain how the admin can override? I am the admin for our system but it still seems that once a ticket is in the approval process even I cant change that.
